At the other side of the forest Eryndor and his troops gathered to wipe the false crown pretender from the earth.

Most of the foot soldiers were lower-born Elves. Elves who had inherited their armor from their ancestors.
The heavily armored infantry were warriors who had proven themselves in the past, and received their armament as a reward from the highborn.
Additionally, the dark Elves were also present. Elves who usually operated in the shadows and had a bad reputation because they engaged in magic.
Finally, there was a division of scouts that was sent to the Fiery Lands by Eryndor to capture the royal daughters, including his former pregnant fiancée, Faelwyn.
