Somewhere else, in a place unknown to man, stands a palace made out of bones from thousands of creatures. Behind its walls plans are being forged.

An Angel is summoned: Ariel. Once the leader of the Angels. Now the pet of Agrippa, whom she once - several centuries ago - offended and opposed, and as a punishment still suffers his eternal humiliation.

A trinity of self-declared Gods, once clones, wants to avenge the attack of the humans on Seraphina. Agrippa, who still bears a grudge against Ariel, and is often seen in Angel outfit just to humiliate Ariel, speaks."You will summon your army, and attack the humans. You will lead them and destroy the major cities of these lowlife creatures."

Ariel retreats to the top of the castle and summons the Angels to gather at the place where they once resided and ruled.

Angels from all over come flying in after the summoning from Ariel. This place - which once held a mighty citadel - is still holy ground for them.

When all Angels are present at the ruins of the old citadel, Ariel arrives. The place is dead silent.

Ariel reveals what the trinity has ordered, but also what her plan is. She cannot accept that all major cities of the humans would be destroyed. So she suggests to symbolically destroy some minor villages and try to avoid casualties. All Angels are appalled by the plans of the trinity and agree with Ariel's plan.

After all is discussed and agreed upon, the Angels leave with heavy hearts to do their unwilling job.

When the clouds over a pastoral landscape open a swarm of Angels fly over making a noise that scared the horse of some people traveling through the fields.
