It took a while for Thylaris to understand how the portal worked...all it took was a bit of concentration and imagination as to where you wanted to go.
But to his surprise, he didn't arrive at Isolde's palace, but stepped out of another portal somewhere very close to the palace. How in the name of all the gods were they unaware of this?
Thylaris had direct access to Isolde and told her his story. He also explained why he had to leave her sword behind, and why the portals weren't an option for faster travel, especially if they wanted to go armed.
And so it happened that Isolde once again summoned her army.
But this time a display of strength was at least as important as experience, courage or martial skill.
Until they arrived at the citadel of these so-called beast people. Talking about impressive.
