The moment Ariel has landed, Maximilian starts asking her questions about the attacks on the villages. Ariel apologizes at length and explains that Agrippas plan was way more far-reaching and that this was as far as she could go in reducing the impact of his plan. She does not say a word about the consequences it had for her.
Then Ariel explains to Maximilian that she has overheard the sects in planning an uprise against the Guilds and pilots. They want to stop all flying and kill or imprison anyone that does not comply. She also heard that they are planning to start their riot at the HQ of the Guilds.
Before Maximilian sets of to inform his friends and plan the necessary actions he thanks Ariel and the two embrace each other lovingly. Ariel tells Maximilian to beware.
