At the Association of Pilots a man called Maximilian van Lichtenstein takes the initiative and suggests to search contact with the Guilds of Mechanical Aeronaut Engineers to find out what ideas they might have. He also suggests to try and contact the Angels to solve the matter.

Shortly after the meeting with the pilots Maximilian van Lichtenstein is on his way to the HQ of the Guild of Mechanical Aeronaut Engineers.
