When Malika enters the cave she almost immediately finds some dragon eggs. Imagine her disappointment when she finds that there are only two and both of them are petrified.
Looking for more eggs Malika goes deeper into the cave when she hears strange noises echoing into her direction.
Soon after she enters a new cave Malika finds the skeleton of a small dragon. This must have been still a baby.
Somewhat later on her way deeper into the caves she stumbles upon the skull of a mid-sized dragon.
Imagine her amazement however when around the corner is the fully petrified skeleton of an adult dragon. This thing must have been a beast. And it probably got stuck in these small tunnels.
Making her way through the stone bones and sides of the cave she notices that more light is coming in.
Malika feels that she is getting closer to the exit because of the vegetation she is encountering. And she keeps on finding skeletons of dragons. She wonders what has happened here.
And then, suddenly, there it is. As a complete surprise stands a large steampunk castle, church or whatever it may be right in front of her outside the cave. She looks back to make sure she is not being followed and then walks in.
Since she is looking for more eggs, Malika decides to continue her way and enters the building. Behinds its walls lies a whole new world. Then there is a cry coming from the sky...she looks back..."Is this from a dragon?" And even while she is wondering this, in the corner of her eye she sees someone walking away in the distance.
"I got to talk to this person. First loose this burden of a backpack."
Malika decides to first imprint the environment before she wants to continue...a matter of not getting lost.
And then, right in front of her up into the sky....a large dragon with the sun in its back, flapping its wings as if they weigh a ton (which they probably do) and defying all physical laws that exist or are still to be invented.
