Suddenly the beasts freeze in their movements when a man in a white toga enters the courtyard: "Get thee gone, thou stinking lowlives!". Following his command the creatures run away screaming in all directions.

But when the man in the white toga approaches Mac and Zoroaster a creature with large horns jumps from behind a wall trying to attack the two visitors. "I said, be gone, or endure my wrath!!!" Hissing and growling the creature leaves the scene.

"I am sorry for all this nuisance. My name is Julius. Welcome to Heaven's Gate." Then he addresses Mac: "Do you mind staying here? You're safe. The creatures won't come back. But Agrippa will only receive one of you."

After a short discussion between Mac and Zoroaster Julius leads the latter through some sinister corridors and courtyards before they arrive at the throne room.

A stool stands before the throne Agrippa is sitting on and he gestures Zoroaster to sit down. Then he invites Zoroaster to tell him what bothers him, and Agrippa listens carefully, asking questions in a friendly matter.

Once Zoroaster is finished, Agrippa stands up, and invites him to get dressed for a walk . "Let me show you some facts..."

"So there are rumors that I have imprisoned the Angels? Let me show you our cells." "As you can see they are all empty." "Now let's walk to the practice fields of my body guards."

"What you see here, are my junior body guards in training...as you can see they all have wings."

"And here you can see my senior body guards...all of them have wings, yes?" "All the angels have volunteered to be my body guards. The ones your companion has seen in the woods were deserters, and it were the Angels who have punished them."

Zoroaster is confused and thoroughly impressed with what he saw. Agrippa looks at Zoroaster and in a condescending manner tells him that he should not always believe what common people tell him. Zoroaster nods. And then Agrippa invites Zoroaster to pray with him.
